Heyy, now we are finally home, the trip home went really great and it's really nice to be home    

The trip has been really fun and very educative and go to Australia is something I wants to do one more time. I hope you enjoyed to read this travel blog and so on..

Hello, this is our last day here in Australia :( I really going to miss it, but it's going to be nice to come home to my friends and family. So this is maybe my last blog post in this blog, if I don't write when I’m home.. So tonight at three we are taking the train to the airport and take the plain back home to Sweden.

So now til what we have done these last days as I said we went to "svenska skolan" or Swedish school. As I said that a school for people who are Swedish or they have Swedish origin. It’s a school for all ages, they meets one time/week in theirs local, so they have jobs and the kids go to school at weekdays. They allow do trips together to example zoo or the beach.

They also celebrate Swedish holidays, like midsummer and then they sing "små grodorna" and so on. And on Lucia they do Lucia procession whit Swedish songs, so that cool. There isn’t only one Swedish school in Australia, so sometimes they do a trip all Swedish schools in Australia.

so now til what we did, when we first arrived we got a warm welcome, they are very kind al off them, and it was really nice to meet someone who did understand what we said, Sofie was the name on her that did welcomed us. Sofie did show us our room, because it was Thursday afternoon there just was she there, she said that the rest of the group arrived on Friday around four a clock, and when we waked up in the morning she would make breakfast to us. So the morning after we went to the kitchen and so she said she had made us breakfast, and we sat us down and got to know each other’s better. then she did tell us what they were going to do on the day lesson and that we could just sit and watch if we wanted to, then after we should have coffee and play games, and if we wanted we could try to learn out some Swedish haha..

Then we just ate some sandwiches for lunch and when the clock was four the first class started and the class was just for the kids and teenagers, we introduced to each others and they treated us very well. the lesson was about how they recycle and so on in Australia, in Australia they are really frugal whit theirs water, one rule are that they can't water their garden in daytime because that takes too much water. And they kind off never use plastic bags because there is so much plastic bag in the ocean and it a plastic bag can kill many animals that lives in the oceans. And they are very carefully whit recycling. we had really fun and the time went really fast, so when the clock was nine it was time for everyone to go home and we went right to bed. 

and now we are here on the Swedish school and we have just eat an really good breakfast and packed our bags so now we have to say goodbye to Sofie and thank for us and then take the bus to the city, there we are going to eat some food and then take the train to the airport and go home..

hello, now we are sitting on the bus on our way to Brisbane, we are going to visit a school named "svenska skolan", there Swedish people or people with Swedish origin that want to learn more Swedish or talk Swedish with people.

Now til our trip to Blue Mountains, our guide picked us up about 2 a clock and we did take the bus to other hotels and picked up everyone then we started our trip to Blue Mountains. It was really beautiful but it was also very hot, it was hot just because we were so close to the bushfire that are in southeast Australia, you can think that we just wearing shorts and a t-shirt, but we weren’t, we had long pants and long shirts on us, because the sun is very dangerous in the middle of the day and we were forced to clip around too came to the places we were going to.

Can’t write any more now were going to stop for food, writing more when we have visit "svenska skolan"!

Hello, now we are done with Sydney and it has been a really educational journey, and now we are on a hotel 8 km from Blue Mountains.

Now til what we have done in Sydney. First we did take the bus to Bondi beach, it was really cool to see in real life that I just to look at TV at home. We were very lucky with the weather it was really hot and it was not to windy, on the beach there is two yellow flags so people shell know where they are save to swim. Go to Bondi was something I wanted to do before I died haha.. Then we took the bus back to the hotel and eat dinner at the hotel.

The day after we decided to go to Ikea to see if it look like it does at home, and I did really want meatballs. To Ikea we took the train because we lived next to the train station, we took the train about one a clock pm. So the clock was about two a clock. we looked around inside the store and it look exactly as it look home in Sweden, same stuff and same restaurant, but such a shame they only served food between 11-2 so we did just take some coffees. Then we looked at some clothes in the mal next to Ikea. Later we took the train back to the hotel, when we came back we started to pack our back because we would leave the day after.

So the day after we first eat breakfast then we took our bags and checked out. Then we took the bus to a zoo named Taronga zoo, it was really an experience, we did feed kangaroos and we watch a lesson about koalas. It was really fun. After that we took the bus to a hotel named secret valley escape and it is 8 km to Blue Mountains national, and now we are here on the hotel, we are going to stay two nights, tomorrow we have booked a guide that is going to show us Blue Mountains.

Hello everybody! Hope you have a good start on this year. First I can tell you we are still here in Sydney, just because we felt that we hadn’t seen everything we wanted to see in two days so we decided to stay three more days.

Our New Year was perfect, we ate a really good lunch at a restaurant called Pete's. It was really fancy. Then we had ice-cream, it didn't taste like Swedish ice-cream, this ice-cream was much better. Then we looked at the opera house but we couldn't afford to go inside, it was too expensive, but it was an experience just to look at it. After that we took a taxi over Harbour bridge back to our hotel to change clothes and rest. Later in the evening we took a taxi into Sydney city center. There we rented a boat to see the fireworks, off course there was a driver. Sorry for not having any pictures on the fireworks we forgot our phones at the hotel.

The reason we stay three more days is because we want to go to Bondi beach, go to Ikea for meatballs and go to taronga zoo.

Hello and happy New Year everybody, we have just had our breakfast, It was really good. Yesterday when we came out from the airport it was really dark outside, you could really feel the heat It was around 35 degrees outside and on the ground there were cockroaches running around. That was really grouse. Outside stood many taxis so we didn't have to call one. When we arrived at the hotel we checked, went to our room and fell fast asleep. Today we´re going to take the ferry to Sydney opera house and look around a little. We will also look at the Sydney Harbour bridge, and tonight we're going to eat a lovely dinner and after that watch the amazing fireworks from the Harbour bridge. The time in Australia is 9 hours ahead so we are really tired but exited to explore Sydney. We have already bought tickets to the ferry and we are ready to go. Today we are wearing our shorts and singlets because it's nearly 40 degrees outside. Here we are right now, it's almost rainforest climate and when it's winter at home is summer here.

Hello, now finally we have landed in Sydney. You can really feel that we aren't in Sweden anymore. You can really feel the heat in the air. Now when we have sat on a plane for almost 30 ours we are really hungry, I can tell you that airplanefood isn't my favourit. So now we have sat down at a Burger King and we are waiting for our food, wonder if it's taste like in Sweden? After we have finished our food we're going to take a taxi to our hotel Mercure Sydney. We are only going to sleep there for two nights and then move on. The hotel is just next to the trainstation so that's good. On the hotel we are sleeping in a doubleroom, and we have breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have free Wifii.

I'm writing more tomorrow when I'm awake.

Hello, me and my friend Kristin have just started our trip to Australia. We are right now in the airport in Sweden called Arlanda. We have desided to take the plane to Sydney and then take the train down south in New South Wales. We are going down in both Doha and Melbourne. The airplanetrip takes about 32 hours and will cost us 30865 swedish kr and that is 4654 Australian dollar.
